Restore Yoga

Gentle and Restorative. The class combines slow gentle movement and breathwork. It incorporates elements of Yoga Nidra, also known as Yoga Sleep, Yin Yoga, Guided Meditation, and Sound Therapy to bring about balance and relaxation.
